Stretch club starts back 3rd January on Thursday’s that lengthens and strengths. A mixture of passive and active flexibility drills that will encourage muscles to strengthen and your spine to lengthen.

Lower back pain is commonly related to locked hips and tight shoulders. Moving actively will start to re condition the position of the muscles and shape-shift you to a place of pain free.

We always start with healing from the inside at TENCO MOVEMENT.

Once your pain free then we can crack on with the developing.
