Whether your new into stretching body parts or you’re looking to progress your tool belt of stretches into deeper hip openers and backbends or increase your lifts in the gym this club should be a high priority to join.

Sitting at a desk is causing a new phenomeom of anxiety, pain and depression in the body. This is mission critical  to start mobilising your hip flexors that will give your lower back a chance of some release and shoulder opening for any chance of the thoracic ( middle ) spine to move.
