I am very excited to announce Intro Strong and Bendy class here at Nuffield Guildford.

This first pack of practices will break down the reasons why it’s nutritious and healthy to bend your spine in concert working drills and postures to build your skills to use your muscles efficently to increase flexibility and stability.

A valuable tool box to have in anyone’s kit for better health, a better spine and a better attitude that will prompt better nutrition.
